DESIGN/BUILD
Utilizing F.T. James as a Design-Build Contractor is one of the most effective ways to maximize your construction time and dollar. Serving in the capacity as the single source of responsibility we partner with highly qualified Architectural and Engineering Firms to deliver your project from conception and design all the way to completion of construction. We have completed many projects serving in this capacity.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
F.T. James provides several Construction Management services, from pre-design and design phases to the actual construction of the project.
